To all of us who love Gooey cake!

The idea was born when a friend, who is an exchange student, asked what gooey cake (Kladdkaka in Swedish) is. It is hard to explain, but maybe a bit like chocolate goo
Instead, she had a taste and of course it was one of the best cakes she had ever eaten - gooey cake is super-delicious!

Inspired by her good review we wanted to come up with the best recipe of gooey cake in the world and spread it to as many people as we can. After a lot of experimentation, and too many tastings, our recipe was finally complete. We hope you like it as much as we do!
